The ultimate evolution of the thermal break system with “panel stop” profiles allows to reach the highest performance, through the use of panels 75 or 80 mm thick (both rockwool or polyurethane). This new system, combined with the TBP1 pvc profile for the construction of a real thermal break panel, achieves maximum perfomances (T1, TB1, L1, D1) and the optional use of pvc panel stop profiles (co-extruded with gaskets) represent the top of the range: moreover, omega profiles and half-omega profiles are equipped with an additional internal shell in antibacterial and highty resistant pvc. Alu profiles are connected to corners, omega joints ad half-corners with special screws included in the kit: each junction is sealed with a special neoprene gasket (between the profile and the junction itself) to prevent air leaks and thermal bridges. Further dedicated gaskets are fixed inside the AHU to guarantee rounded internal surfaces, easy to clean.
